USE TIPS YS-8820
Mix silicone with curing catalyst YS-986 at ratio 100:2
For curing Catalyst YS-986 , It is usually added by 2%。The more you add, will dry more faster, and the less you add, the will dry more slower
When you add 2%, at room temperature of 25 degrees, the operation time is more than 48 hours,when the plate temperature reaches 70 degrees or so ,and the oven machine can be baked 8-12 Second will surface dry.
Round Silicone For Printing can have good smooth surface,longer proceed time,easy have round 3D effect,reduce the print time ,no waste,enhance the working efficiency.
When shinny effect,please print one time surface coating by shinny silicone YS-9830H.
If the silicone can not be used up on the day, the remaining can be stored in the refrigerator
and can be used again the next day.
Round silicone can mix pigment to make color printing,Easy to color,also can direct printing as base silicone on fabrics.Generally used for sports fabrics or lycra fabric base.For anti-slip effect of gloves or riding clothes.
