silicone mixes with curing catalyst YS-986 at 100:2.
USE TIPS YS-8820D
Combine the silicone and the curing catalyst YS - 986 in a ratio of 100 to 2.
As for the curing catalyst YS - 986, it is commonly added at a rate of 2%. The greater the quantity added, the quicker it dries; the smaller the quantity added, the slower it dries.
When 2% is added, at a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, the working duration is over48hours. When the plate temperature gets to around 70 degrees Celsius, in an oven, if baked for 8 - 12 seconds, the surface will dry.
The Base-coating Silicone has great adhesion n smooth fabrics and excellent rub resistance and elasticity.
