Control of printing position: Strictly follow the "back printing" principle, and accurately print the embossing silicone on the back of the fabric to avoid poor presentation of concave-convex logos due to deviation in printing position, and ensure the complete three-dimensional effect of the front of the pattern.
Control of printing thickness: Adjust the printing thickness according to the depth of the required concave-convex effect. It is usually recommended to maintain a uniform printing thickness to avoid local excessive thickness or thinness, so as to prevent pattern deformation and uneven three-dimensional effect after heat pressing.
Matching of heat pressing parameters: Before heat pressing, adjust the temperature, pressure and time parameters of the embossing machine according to the fabric material and silicone dosage. Appropriate heat pressing conditions can enhance the adhesion between silicone and fabric, and at the same time ensure clear and stable concave-convex effect, avoiding poor adhesion or fabric damage caused by improper parameters.
Grasp of demolding timing: After the heat pressing process is completed, it is necessary to wait for the silicone to cool slightly but not fully solidify before demolding. At this time, the demolding resistance is the smallest, which can maximize the integrity of the embossed pattern and reduce the risk of pattern damage.
Pretreatment of fabric in advance: It is recommended to clean the fabric surface to remove dust, oil and other impurities before use, so as to avoid impurities affecting the adhesion effect between silicone and fabric and ensure the quality stability of embossed products.
