USE TIPS YS-8820R
Mix the silicone with the curing catalyst YS-886 following a 100:2 ratio.
In terms of the curing catalyst YS-886, its usual incorporation ratio stands at 2%. Specifically, a larger quantity added will result in a faster drying speed; on the contrary, a smaller quantity added will lead to a slower drying process.
When 2% of the catalyst is added, under the condition of a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, the workable duration will be more than 48 hours. If the plate temperature rises to around 70 degrees Celsius and the mixture is placed inside an oven, it can be baked for a period of 8 to 12 seconds. After this baking process, the surface of the mixture will turn dry.
Test on a small sample first to check adhesion and reflectivity.
Store unused silicone in a sealed container to prevent premature curing.
Avoid over-applying; excess material may reduce flexibility and reflectivity.
