USE TIPS YS-7730A and YS-7730B
1.Mixing Ratio: Strictly control the proportion of components A and B according to the product instructions. Deviation in the ratio may lead to incomplete curing and a decline in performance
2..Stirring and Degassing: Stir thoroughly during mixing to avoid air - bubble formation. If necessary, conduct vacuum degassing; otherwise, it will affect the product's appearance and mechanical properties.
3.Environmental Control: Keep the curing environment clean and dry. Avoid contact with catalyst inhibitors such as nitrogen, sulfur, and phosphorus, as they will inhibit the curing reaction.
4.Mold Treatment: The mold should be clean and free of oil stains. Apply a release agent appropriately (choose a type compatible with LSR) to ensure smooth demolding of the product.
5.Storage Conditions: Seal and store the unused components A and B in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The shelf - life is usually 6 - 12 months.
